Wow! Is this a big topic or what? Food can be such a source of anxiety over the holidays, especially if you’re on a diet, eating regimen, have food allergies or are simply trying to eat more healthfully. If you’re going out for dinner or parties, you just never know exactly what you’re going to get and that can cause some anxiety, right?
On the other hand, when you’re the one doing the cooking, understanding special dietary needs and what to do about them can be challenging and expensive, particularly when you’re dealing with multiple food issues all at once. Not to mention the overall stress of just cooking for a lot of people!
