Clearing It Out, Cleaning It Up!
Today we’re cleaning it up and clearing it out. This is our second building practice. You’ve probably heard me talk about energy hygiene before. I know, it’s a bit of a weird term, isn’t it? It’s pretty accurate though. Energy needs cleaning too.
We all wash up and clean our faces and our teeth every day, but our energy often goes forever without a good clean. Consequently, our energy can get pretty dirty and congested and just…kind of grotty. So, just like washing our faces with cleanser or soap, we want to wash our faces and everything else with energy.
Let’s Face It
Our faces are hanging out there all day for everyone and anyone to see. The truth is, that every person sees us differently. Unfortunately, no matter what we look like or what kind of vibe we give off, someone isn’t going to like our faces OR they might love our faces and our vibes, but either way, they may, and often do, send energy our way – ‘good’ or ‘bad’ – that sticks to us like glue. We don’t want that. We want our own true selves to shine through.
This is why it’s so important that we have our own energy field clean and intact because we want to show up looking like ourselves! Like who we really are.
Just Another Super Simple Technique
Once again, this energy cleansing technique is so super easy that pretty much anyone of any age can do it. This makes such a difference to our overall well-being. Bonus! You can do it anywhere. It is so quick and easy.
