I’m glad you’re here for part one. It’s all about getting your flow on. Energy is everything and it’s everywhere. The sooner we understand how to make it our ally, the better.

Throughout my videos, you’ll see that my main theme is empowerment and inspiration through energy. That is what sovereign sustainability is all about.

Whether we’re talking about the energy of the aura or a piece of bread, it’s all the same thing viewed through a different lens. That’s why we want to use it more effectively. Plus, it’s so easy to do.

Energy Blocks

Energizing may seem super easy and you may even wonder if there’s any point to it, but if I had a hundred dollars for every time someone came to me with blocked energy, I’d be a freaking millionaire. It’s a very common issue that can lead to big problems.

Learning to run your own energy is paramount for your sovereignty. It makes all the difference in the world.

There’s not much to explain because it’s so easy. Watch the video and remember this, my friends, it is simple and that is why it works so well.

Building It Up

We’ll be building on each practice, day by day until you have a well-rounded, dead-easy energy routine that you can do anytime, anywhere. It’s so sustainable that, once you get started, you’ll start to intuitively know when you’re in your power and when you’re not. Then you can fix it, double-quick. That’s true sovereignty.
