Sovereign Sustainability/To the Heart

Ahoy there, Loves!

Today we’re going straight to the heart.

I know that many of you are just like me in that you feel the heart pain of separation, judgment and unkindness to all beings. So much division and criticism exist right now. In fact, sometimes it’s so strong, that it feels like a personal loss. It hurts. Do you feel that?

Hearting It Out

In that vein, I’d like to share this beautiful heart-opening practice with you. Using the hand energizing technique from Part One, we will (with some contortion:)clear and heal our hearts with Divine energy.

In addition, we’ll boost our energy with the power of breath. Breath is life. As long as we are alive, breath is sustainable. The more we use our breath efficiently and effectively, the more wellness we create. This is true sovereignty. By using what nature has given us freely, we can heal and uplift ourselves over and over again.

Can You See the Sovereignty in this Practice?

You have all the tools. This is so simple. Hands, heart, and breath all propel us into an enhanced state of being. Isn’t that beautiful! Furthermore, we are aligning ourselves more closely to the Divine. The more we do this, the more we recognize ourselves as sovereign beings. We remember. As a result, we are creating a love offering to ourselves and the collective on all levels. And in this way, we ascend.

So, this practice is super simple and fun. Like the rest of the practices, it is more than it seems. Do yourself a big favour and just do it. Enjoy it. Embrace it. Spread the LOVE!
