Success Tips of the Universal Energy Realm/Unconventional Tip #3

One more tip for your success!

Welcome back for Tip #3! I hope you’ve had the chance to practice tip #1 and tip #2. If not, take a look at them before reading this post. We are building on each of these principles for a more successful outcome. The first tip gets us in the right energy field and the second one gets us in alignment and this tip just crowns it into a nice successful little package.

Okay, this tip is a goodie. It’s something that I believe is so important yet so vastly lacking in society today. I believe that a large part of the population is out of touch with their inner realm and their energetic sphere, therefore we are seeing a lot of criticism and judgement. Nobody likes to be judged, but we all do it at one time or another. The problem with judgment/criticism is that it’s repellant and insidious. Even though we may think we’re keeping it to ourselves, (so what does it matter) people can always sense it on some level. That’s the truth. They know and respond accordingly.

However, at the same time, it is crucial to understand one another, study each other – motives – ideologies – behaviours, particularly if we are in a business or profession where assessing the behaviour and preferences of others is our bread and butter. The issue lies in that grey area when we spend a lot of time in our critical minds assessing and studying. This is a place where we can easily fall prey to judgement and criticism. We are only human, after all, but we don’t want that. So, let’s hop along and explore a much better, more in-tune way to have this level of understanding and that’s discernment.

What is discernment?

When we combine our deep inner wisdom and good critical thinking skills, we have discernment. It is an inner/outer, energy/worldly principle that goes a long way for us to have a clear understanding of information that is grounded in truth. We can argue that truth is subjective, but the real truth is anything but subjective. Truth, real truth, is universal and it is grounded in our very being.

We know the truth in our gut. “I have a gut feeling about this.” “I knew it in my gut.” We’ve all heard these expressions. Sometimes the truth yells at us from other body parts. “I can feel it in my bones.” “I felt it in my waters.” Even though we might laugh at these expressions, they do have merit. We do feel the truth in our bodies and our energy systems…somewhere and we’re going to get into those feelings.

A little personal disclosure

I am going to be really honest here and say that the lack of truth in our world troubles me immensely. If you know me personally, you know how it bothers me in a big way. What bothers me the most is the division that it creates and the harm that it does to families and friends. I’m no angel, and I certainly have my times of judgment and criticism, but I catch myself as much as possible to stop it and use discernment instead. When I find my truth in discernment, I find my equilibrium. Okay, I had to get that off my chest…onwards to the next tip!

Getting to the truth

We are all born with the innate ability to understand truth and fiction. The truth is deep in our little baby bones. The problem begins when we are told that our truth isn’t the truth. For example, when Mommy and Daddy are fighting, the child discerns that they are angry and that there’s a problem. Mommy, wanting to be reassuring, says something like, “Nothing is wrong. Mommy and Daddy are just talking.”

It all seems harmless enough. Mommy is just trying to placate the child, but what she has just done is planted a seed of doubt in the child’s perception of truth. The child knows through the powerful inborn sense of the truth that Mommy and Daddy are not just talking, she feels it in her gut, but now she’s unsure of herself because Mommy just invalidated her sense of discernment.

As life goes on, we experience many of these situations and we begin to doubt that our perception of the truth is valid. Sometimes we are actually told by someone that we have it all wrong. As sensitive beings we question ourselves and, before you know it, we are muting our own voice of truth and accepting the voice of another’s truth. Furthermore, accepting the truth of another person can lead to all kinds of deception and manipulation.

How do we get our innate discernment back?

Here’s how to begin.

  • In Tip #1 we learned how to balance our energy field so keep on doing that practice on a regular basis. Before we know it, our energy field will maintain a balance that creates the good vibes that we want to send out to other people and the world.
  • In Tip #2 we learned how to align ourselves from the heavens to the earth. This type of alignment and presence of energy allows us to have more of a light bound presence, a ‘glamour’ that is attractive and appealing so stay with a regular alignment practice to keep your body and energy system in the light.
  • For our discernment practice, we need to practice breathing into our hearts and asking questions.
  • At first, put your hand on your heart. Breathing in and out, ask yourself questions and answer truthfully. Ask simple things like, “Am I __ years old?” “Is my name ______? See what that feels like.
  • Next ask yourself questions and lie. Keep them simple and not subjective. See how it feels when you lie.
  • As you play this little game, you will begin to sense the difference between truth and lies ‘in your gut’. Try not to let your mind get into it. Mind games are a real thing and they will mess this whole process up. Stay in the heart.
  • Then you can begin to ask real questions of yourself and sense the verity of the answers.
  • This can take time, even years, to master, but I promise that when you do master it, this will be the best tool you can ever have.

Why is this such a great success tip?

There are so many reasons why this is a great success tip. Where to begin? When we’re able to discern truth from fiction, we are better able to navigate through life for starters. Knowing truth from fiction is an enormous gift.

Moreover, when we are in a state of discernment, we are in our power. We know the truth, we are grounded in the light and we understand where is the best place to use our energy. Not only that, but we also will know great opportunities that come our way. Consequently, we are able to put ourselves forward, moving towards our success without worrying about who or what we can trust. We can have the secure knowledge that we can trust ourselves. THAT IS REAL SUCCESS!
